Pause & Breathe - Mindful Moments for a Calmer Holiday Season

Hello Wonderful Families,
As we prepare for the end of the year, remember: the greatest gift you can give your child is your presence.
Here are a few ways to slow down and find peace together:

1. “Gratitude Jar”
Place a jar or box in a special spot.
Each day, help your child add a note or picture of something they enjoyed or are thankful for.

2. “Star Breaths”
Trace a star in the air.
Breathe in as you draw up, breathe out as you go down each side.
Repeat together to help everyone feel calm.

3. Gentle “Winter Walk”
Take a walk and notice the sights, sounds, and smells of the season.
For little ones: collect a “treasure” (leaf, pebble) to bring home and talk about.
